Automatic Archival of Closed Matters in NetDocuments

A Windows service that runs on a configurable schedule to find closed matters that meet your criteria (for example, closed for four or more years). When a matter qualifies, it creates a matching archive client, matter, and workspace management security policy in a separate NetDocuments archive cabinet, then rebuilds the original folder hierarchy in a new archive workspace and moves every document while preserving document IDs. Upon completion, the original workspace is removed.
