Element Rewarded with Diamonds

Diamonds are forever! This is not only the title of one of the more iconic Sean Connery Bond movies, but also the sentiment shared by the Element’s team based on our recent recognition as a NetDocuments Diamond Partner. The recognition by NetDocuments is for our ongoing go-to-market partnership and enduring success helping law firms, in-house counsel and government legal teams acquire, implement, adopt, and use the world’s #1 trusted cloud platform where legal professionals do their best work.

According to NetDocuments, the invite-only Diamond status designation was created “for select partners who make a commitment to invest business focus and resources on selling and supporting the NetDocuments platform in all the NetDocuments segments of the business.”

Element Technologies fits the bill … based on sales performance and record revenues, a dedicated NetDocuments team now 30+ strong, attainment and upkeep of NetDocuments certifications spanning platform sales, use, implementation and migration, automation, and AI proficiency, and achieving high customer satisfaction scores. The Diamond Partner distinction puts the company in the top 1% of a very expansive and robust NetDocuments partner ecosystem.

Building a partner business the old-fashioned way … by earning it

Every NetDocuments specific partner status achievement, milestone, and accolade are earned as evidenced by the evolution and acceleration of our partnership over the past 15+ years. While the dedicated NetDocuments team has grown exponentially, and our dedication and commitment to best serving legal professionals with best-in-class document and content management has achieved record heights, our core DNA has remained consistent from day one.

We are IT professionals with a legal pedigree and security background. We know the legal landscape like no one else. We continue to hire the best and brightest always laser focused on providing clients with the best service and overall experience regardless of how complex the project or challenging the firm’s needs. We help organizations looking for objective advice and solution-based consulting when it comes to their content and email management needs. We consider the DMS a vital part of the technology of the enterprise and never underestimate or take lightly the impact inferior technologies and processes play.

Sometimes things happen that accelerate technology adoption and help push the technology innovation envelope. The pandemic changed our lives forever, and we realized early on that law firms ‘going remote’ would not be an easy ‘lift’ and that the experienced Element team, combined with the native cloud NetDocuments platform could substantially help get law firms back to ‘business as usual.’ Most firms had remote capabilities in place, but very few had designed a system where people could truly work every day no matter where they were located. This is when the power of cloud and the utility of NetDocuments really kicked in.

Since that time, we have been on an unprecedented run, adding sales and marketing, as well as the implementation team to back up the growth. More people, more certifications, and a laser-focus on our NetDocuments business. While cloud is now virtually considered ‘table stakes,’ the power of cloud and the legal industry’s overwhelming adoption of ‘cloud first’ strategies has paved the way for the next paradigm shift … generative AI.

Diamond – how we got here.

As mentioned, all of our NetDocuments achievements have been hard earned and are founded in our 100% commitment to and trust in the NetDocuments team. Their native cloud platform, 25+ years of cloud innovation, the dedication to driving automation in the legal space, helping legal professionals do their best work, and most recently the establishment of a world class and industry leading generative AI strategy and solution set.

This starts with NetDocuments PB Max.
