Chris Dunsford, Document Solutions Manager
Chris has over 20 years of experience as a technical professional working in both support and development roles within the legal, financial, and scientific industries. Chris has ample experience developing applications and deliverables including extensive documentation and code samples for multiple APIs. He is well-versed in assisting customers with the planning, development, and deployment of custom applications into their environment.
Chris specializes in project and team management, Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate, application development, and Microsoft Office Document Management technologies.
Element’s DMS Project Team
Support Engineers
Clients’ first point of contact for all technical inquiries and incident management regarding DMS products and their integration into external environments. Element support engineers have an understanding of a variety of environments and products which enable the resolution of complex technical issues while providing alternative support options.
Trainers
Trainers provide remote and onsite technical training to new and existing clients and are instrumental to the day-to-day usage of the DMS. Element trainers also help design, create, and maintain its eLearning modules and documentation library on the Learning Management System.
Application Engineers
A collaborative part of the Element DMS team responsible for DMS configuration, engineering methodologies, and best practices. They support a variety of document management platforms, including NetDocuments, Worldox, Open Text eDOCS, and other applications. Application Engineers provide 1st and 2nd level support on production system problems as needed to diagnose document management-related issues and perform root cause analysis for clients.
Application Architects
Collaborate with project managers and application engineers to create, administer, and optimize the document management system. They maintain the highest level of expertise in configuring the design, build, and migration of a document management project.
Project Managers
Oversee the design and deployment of document management solutions for current and future clients, and are the central point person regarding anything related to the DMS project, from design to data migration, implementation, and go-live. Communication with clients and internal team members is crucial to the success of a project. ‘PMs’ provide status reports to ensure the overall quality and delivery of each DMS project.
