Serving our Clients during Coronavirus

Dear Clients, Partners, and Friends,

With information about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact to our daily lives changing so rapidly, we wanted to take this opportunity to communicate Element’s current approach to the continuity of our services, our Business Continuity Plan, and other related information as it pertains to this situation.

The purpose of this communication is to outline Element’s readiness and ability to support our clients thereby alleviating any level of concern you may have.

Element has always maintained a full-featured Business Continuity Plan. Over the past few days, we have reviewed our plan and believe we are well prepared to continue normal business operations via this plan at any time. As a technology services company, we have invested heavily in technologies that allow us to operate the business at full capacity with all of our staff located at remote locations (working normally from outside Element’s main office with proper security controls in place).

We are closely monitoring local, state and federal government guidance surrounding workplace safety. Should Element determine at some point in the future that it is necessary for all of our employees to work from home, we are confident that we will continue to provide our clients with a consistent level of security,
service and support.

What does this mean to our clients?
- You should not feel any interruption to remote monitoring or remote support services.
- We will continue to provide onsite service while it is safe to do so.
- We will proactively communicate any changes to the onsite schedule if and when it occurs. If you do have onsite services impacted, whether by Element or should you request us to avoid onsite service, we will continue to provide the normally scheduled onsite visit via dedicated virtual visits to ensure normal maintenance is completed. This way, you can rest assured we are continuing to keep your business needs front and center while we all get through this event together.
- We are currently working with several clients with “Work from Home” initiatives to get ahead of any mandated quarantine.

Element is confident in our ability to provide continuous, uninterrupted service of the highest quality that you expect from us. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and modify our actions as necessary to protect our clients, our people and the communities where we work.
